Well its good to see a couple more cars going to the deep south, the class is growing and the cars just keep getting better looking with the owners painting the cars to look like their bigger counterparts and of course faster as the drivers get better at setup and driving.

We are working on some real good meetings this summer coming and are looking forward to some close racing over the winter.

Hampton Downs is due to open this year and we are well on the way to securing some rounds there as well as Taupo and Manfield, the summer series saw some good clean racing and surprise surprise very little damage even though the racing was door handle to door handle again this series. We are keen to make an appearance once again in the South Island and will keep you all posted on where we are at with organizing meetings there. 

Workshop is busy with two new cars on the go and two in for rebuilds and another chassis ready to be welded up in the jig, that will be car number 31 so all is progressing nicely for some bigger fields next summer.

The prototype Hyabusa powered “Rebel” STAR Touring Car is just about ready to be tested so that is exciting for us, keep you posted on how that goes, rest assured it will be fast with another 40 odd horse power at the wheels in exactly the same chassis as that which the GSXR 1100 powered cars run.
